Link4a provides cross-border matchmaking, independent-site tooling and AI-assisted inquiry CRM. By submitting a form, emailing us, using sites we generate, or contacting us via our WhatsApp number, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We provide (without limitation): cross-border matchmaking, independent-site generation tools, AI-assisted inquiry CRM, email and WhatsApp communication channels, and related analytics and reporting.

2. Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Upload or send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, spam, or rights-infringing content
  • Use the service for unsolicited bulk marketing, phishing or political propaganda
  • Violate WhatsApp Business policies, your email provider's acceptable-use policies, or applicable law
  • Reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, or attack our or our third parties’ systems

3. Intellectual property

The design, code, copy and trademarks on this site belong to us or our partners. You may browse and use the site for ordinary personal use, retaining all ownership notices. Generated site templates are licensed per the commercial agreement signed by both parties.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of any specific matchmaking result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Service scope, SLAs and remedies are governed by the commercial agreement signed by both parties.

5. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be settled through friendly consultation; if not resolved, they shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the principal place of business of our company.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is the one posted on this page.
